What are the standard dimensions of a pergola?
The standard size is 3*3m，4*4m，4*5m. Our factory produces in large quantities, so the price will be more favorable if you buy more together.
Can you make the pergola for my size?
Yes, please tell us the size you want and we can customize it for you. Custom size is 2115 series, all belong to the electric pergola series.
What models does Pergola have?
Our main products are divided into 4 series, with a wide audience, any customer can choose the right product from our company: 1410 series are low in price, suitable for customers with large sales volume. The 2115 series is cost-effective, moderately priced. The 2015 series is aimed at the middle and high-end market, suitable for countries with heavy snowfall, and has very good performance. The 2117 series are widely used in large projects with top performance.

Product Performance
What powder coating does Pergola Use?
We use special outdoor paint with very good surface treatment, excellent workmanship and advanced spraying technology. The paint is guaranteed not to fall off for 20 years. No special care is required and maintenance is very convenient.
Customers are worried that heavy snow in winter will damage the blades. So what is the snow load?
For the cold weather area like North Europe and Canada，We recommend our 2117 model, it is specially made for this.This is a feedback piture from our client，you can see that our pergola could carry a lot of weight. It’s All because Our pergola are made of high quality aluminum with code 6063-t5, the snow weight is between 20cm and 50cm. So it has a strong wind pressure resistance.
The area where the customer is located has very strong winds and sand in the summer, so what is the wind resistance of the progolas product?
The blades and columns of Progolas products are very thick and have very good wind resistance. Models 1411 and 1711 can withstand wind forces of level 8 and 9, and models 2115 can withstand wind forces of level 9 and 10.
The area where the customer is located often rains, so I would like to ask if the drainage function of Progolas's products is good?
The blades of the pergola are adjustable and equipped with wind and rain sensors, which automatically close the roof when it rains. The Progolas pergola is also equipped with a fast drainage system. Look at the photo on the left, rainwater will flow through this hole, through the column and to the ground. The rubber on the blades can achieve 100% waterproof.
Blade Problems
Are your blade is double-layer?
Yes, all our pergola product is double-layer blade. This is the biggest difference with other pergolas on the market.

Production Time

The production cycle is about 25~30 day. If the factory finish making, we will ship it as soon as possible.
Application Site
What is the voltage of the motor? Our country is 230V, can you make it?
There is no problem for our motors to be used in your country, because the input voltage of our motors can be AC100~240V/50~60Hz
What is the wire length? How do I connect to power if I install it outdoors?
If you install the pergola outdoors, you can use the plug board to connect home power supply if it is too far from the house.
With power for the louvres and blinds, does it matter which corner this is setup from?
The power supply position of pergola can be changed. It can put the motor in the right position according to your needs.

What's the package of the pergola?
We use wooden cases for packing. If your goods reach one container, we will use carbon packaging to protect your goods.

Can the mark information be affixed to the packaging?
Yes, if you have special requirement, please tell me and I will arrange the marks on the goods.
Cargo Transportation
Can you deliver to my house? Just ship to the port?
We can ship the goods to the port and door to door. Please tell me your address, and I will help you find the freight company to tell you the freight.
How long will it ship to our country?
After the goods are ready, we will transport the goods as soon as possible. It will take about a month.
What if I have received the goods damaged? How to deal with?
Our products have a one-year warranty. If your goods are damaged, we will compensate you and replace the damaged parts.

The price is too high?
Our products are mainly for the mid-to-high-end market, and the material cost is high, so the product quality is high. Our pergola uses double-layer blades, which are thicker than other products on the market, and our pergola is equipped with adhesive strips that other suppliers may not have.
Does the price include shipping?
Our products are EXW, so the price does not include shipping. We can help you find a suitable freight company to deliver the goods.
